3 Ascension symptoms you can fix by grounding yourself with daily ecotherapy.
Staying grounded is essential for anyone looking to navigate the spiritual awakening and ascension process with the minimum of amount of ascension symptoms.
Because stress is usually the main trigger of an awakening, in the early stages people are often ungrounded with blocks in their lower chakras especially the root chakra.
This results in an excessive amount of energy pooling up in their upper chakras especially if you’re meditating a lot. This excessive energy in your upper chakras is causing some of the ascension symptoms you have right now.
The key is to get grounded and work on removing blocks in the lower chakras, promoting a smooth flow of energy in the etheric body. ( See diagram below )
In this diagram you see the energy flow in the body, you’ve got earth energies coming in through the soles of your feet, you’ve got kundalini energy coming up from the base of your spine and also cosmic energy coming in through the crown of your head in a downward flow. There’s a lot going on and making a conscious effort to ground yourself each day is going to help you on your journey.
Getting outdoors, getting into nature, getting some ecotherapy every day is going to have a naturally harmonising and grounding effect on you. Find somewhere you can go every day and take a walk, somewhere you can make your own to unwind every day, even if it’s just your local park. If you can walk around barefoot for a while this also helps.
Here are the 3 main ascension symptoms you can fix with some daily grounding in nature.
1: Headaches, dizziness.
This is too much energy in your crown and brown chakra. Years ago on my own journey, I had severe headaches and throbbing in my forehead and crown area. I could feel the energy moving about all around my face, in and around my jaw and cheeks, constantly moving and shifting and popping up in areas. It was uncomfortable and very distracting.
I was at the time very ungrounded and it wasn’t until I learned about the Tibetan five rites and started spending time in nature each day that I eventually got some relief from these issues.
Because you’re more sensitive to everything after you awaken, your aura, your personal bioelectric field is affected by electronic equipment, by other people emotions which can literally drain your energy and make you feel depressed. Nature has the opposite effect on you and starts to clear the mind and power you back up with natural earth energies. Try it.
2: Aches and pains in the body.
This works especially well if you can take a few minutes to walk barefoot on the grass or open ground every day. Free radicals and other energetic nasties have a positive charge. The ground, however, has an abundance of negative charge. If you stand on the ground barefooted your literally letting these positively charged free radicals drain away and replacing them with healing earth energies. This can dramatically improve the flow of Chi in your body and also reduces inflammation and general aches and pains.
If I haven’t walked barefoot for a few days when my feet make contact with the ground I can literally feel these bad energies draining away and fresh clean energy coming in. It’s actually quite a rush.
3. Feeling detached.
The spiritual awakening and ascension process is a balancing act. You want to feel connected and grounded at the same time. One foot in the 3’rd and one foot in the fifth dimension. If we get underground we get to detached from the real and depressed as you want to be off where your higher self is. Getting out into nature each day with strengthening you and your connection to the earth, to Gaia and prevent you feeling spacey, detached and depressed.
