Ascension Diet Healing and fitness P2 -The Five Tibetan Rites
PART 2 OF THE ASCENSION DIET, HEALING AND FITNESS SERIES
The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old, which was first publicized by Peter Kelder in a 1939 publication titled The Eye of Revelation, and then revised and republished in 1985 as the “Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth”.
Legend has it that hidden in the remote reaches of the Himalayan mountains lies the secret of the Fountain of Youth. There, generations of Tibetan monks have passed down a series of exercises with mystical, age-reversing properties. Known as the Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation or the Five Rites, these once-secret exercises are now available to Westerners in The “ Ancient Secret of the Fountain Of Youth” – By Peter Kelder
Peter Kelder’s book begins with an account of his own introduction to the rites by way of Colonel Bradford, a mysterious retired British army officer who learned of the rites while journeying high up in the Himalayas. Bradford lived for years with the Lamas in Tibet, learned there ways and returned home fully restored to his prime.
The Fountain of Youth Book by Kelder then offers practical instructions for each of the five rites
The five Tibetan rites are designed to stimulate, clear out and heal the Chakras ( referred to in the book as seven spinning, “psychic vortexes” within the body ). The five rites have an anti ageing, revitalising, energy boosting effect if done day.
There is also an optional sixth rite which requires one to be celibate.
5 RITES AND THE LIGHT WORKER
The five should be of interest to anyone whos looking to improve their overall health, flexibility, energy levels and vitality.
The five rites are especially useful to lightworkers on the awakening and ascension path Because they stimulate and clear the chakras especially the lower chakras including the root chakra; resulting in a grounding and balancing effect on the overall flow of chi ( spiritual energy) in the body.
If your kundalini is active and you’re meditating a lot it’s easy to over stimulate the upper chakras and this can leave you feeling spacey and detached from the real. If you include the five rites in your daily routine it will fix this issue and bring back balance in your energy body.
It’s a balancing act and you want to feel connected and grounded at the same time.
The five Tibetan rites are essential for the lightworker who wants to avoid issues of feeling spacey due to an access of energy stuck in the upper chakras. They encourage a steady flow of energy from the feet up, though the root chakra and on up out of the crown chakra.
